The Committee on Justice recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine (re Regulation of Withdrawal of an Appellate Appeal or a Cassation Appeal) in the Second Reading

The bill (Reg. No. 6120) introduces "the mechanism of withdrawing an appellate appeal or a cassation appeal by the administrative court." 

 

The bill amends clauses 193, 218 and 233 of the Code of Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine.

 

The parliament members believe that the suggested mechanism will improve administrative legal proceedings and allow the citizens to use their constitutional and procedural rights while appealing to the administrative court.
