The legislative act amends item 2 of part 5 of clause 9 of the Law "On Citizenship of Ukraine", stating that an individual convicted in Ukraine to imprisonment for grave or especially grave crimes can be denied in citizenship of Ukraine, taking into consideration the rate of threat for the national security of the state.
