The bill (Reg. No. 6316) supplements Clauses 394 and 395 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine with the provisions which regulate securing a claim by confession and implementation of judgment of the foreign court.

The bill amends clauses 394 and 395 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine, envisaging an opportunity for a claimant to file an application on necessary measures envisaged by the Code to ensure suit and solve the issues according to the regulations established by clauses 151-154 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine.

The People's Deputies suggest supplementing clause 395 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine with part nine, whereby "scrutiny of an issue on measures envisaged by the Code to ensure suit shall be performed in line with clauses 151-155 of the Code."
