The bill (Reg. No.8619) entitles the children of war to a 25-per-cent privilege for the payment for public-utility services (gas, electricity and other services) and bottled gas for household needs within the norms fixed by the effective legislation; and the individuals living in the houses without central heating for the fuel in the amount established for public needs.

The Committee agreed to the comments of the Central Scientific-Experts Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat.

Thus, the proposal to establish a supplementary pension for the children of war does not meet the requirements of part 3 of clause 28 of the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance."
