State Program of Social-Economic Development of Ukraine for 2012 and presentation of the draft State Budget of Ukraine for 2012 are the key issues of this plenary week.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn made this statement at the Conciliative Council on Monday.
He informed that the plenary meeting on Thursday will start from the presentation of the governmental draft of the State Budget under the procedure fixed in the Budget Code and the Standing Orders of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to V.Lytvyn, the agenda of plenary meetings on September 20-23 covers 80 issues, two of which are urgent, and 17 are initiated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
He warned the heads of the parliamentary committees that it is inadmissible to propose scrutiny of a bill, and then withdraw this proposal ‘under far-fetched pretexts.´
