The bill (Reg. No. 8610) specifies the procedure of state supervision (control) in the economic sector regarding sole proprietors who are not registered as VAT payers, and business entities eligible for the simplified system of taxation, reporting and accounting, whose activity is not qualified as high-risk under the Law "On the Fundamentals of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sector. "

The Committee members focused on the conclusion of the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariate, which recommends recommitting the bill.

Committee Chair N.Korolevska stressed that the procedure of state supervision (control) in the economic sector should be specified in the amendments to the Law "On the Fundamentals of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sector." She warned against imposing a moratorium on the check-ups of the economic entities without fixing the deadline for the special procedure of state supervision (control) for the sole proprietors and legal entities.
