The bill (Reg. No. 8490) strengthens responsibility for violating the laws on state secret and the procedure of registration, storage and use of documents and other information carriers which include the restricted data owned by the state. The bill increases the rates of fines fixed by clauses 212-2 and 212-5 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements by 10-20 times.
