The adjusted governmental bill (Reg. No.7455) introduces the saving system of the obligatory state retirement insurance. Thus, it envisages transference of insurance fees to the saving pension fund since the year when a balanced budget of the Pension Fund is reached.
The bill also presents an action plan to balance the solidarity retirement insurance system and stabilize the Pension Fund.
The bill changes the age limit for civil and diplomatic service, and work in the local self-government bodies 60 years for women and 62 years for men. Upon reaching this age, public officers can hold only the posts of advisors or consultants.
