The bill (Reg. No. 8716) amends the Law "On Operations with the Raw Materials supplied by Customer in the Foreign Economic Relations" to harmonize it with the Law "On Licensing System in the Economic Sector" to streamline the licensing procedure in the sphere of export of precious metals, their scrap and waste as the raw materials supplied by customer out of the customs territory of Ukraine.
