The Law was submitted by the President of Ukraine and defined of high priority to be scrutinized unscheduled.
The primary goal of the document is to implement the provisions of the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters. The bill arranges the conditions for effective cooperation between the courts and law-enforcement agencies in crime investigation.
