The Law updates fundamentals of the applicable Land Code concerning introduction of the State Land Register. Currently, a land plot undergoes state registration during every transaction and includes the procedure of state acts issue or registration of lease agreements. However, the Law reduces this procedure to assigning the cadastral number to every land plot.
