The bill (Reg. No. 8292) supplements clause 2 of the applicable Law with a provision, whereby "free demonstration of feature films and documentaries about the Great Patriotic War of 19411945 in cinemas, community centers and clubs on the Victory Day" is a form of commemorating the Victory and the heroic deed of the nation-winner.
