The bill (Reg. No.8263) supplements the effective Law with the norm, whereby the owner is exempt from planned and  extraordinary inspections by the state fire inspection bodies, if the legal entity meets the following requirements: entertainment at own expense of the fire protection service and availability of insurance agreement of civil responsibility.

The People's Deputies focused on the arguments of the Central Scientific-Expert Department of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat. According to the experts, the suggested amendments to the Law "On Fire Safety" do not conform to the system of fire safety established by the Law.
