The bill (Reg. No. 7447) streamlines the work of the Supreme Court and supports timely fulfillment of its tasks fixed by the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law "On Judicial System and Status of Judges."
The primary purpose of the bill is to streamline work of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the powers of which were changed upon adoption of the Law "On Judicial System and Status of Judges." The bill streamlines legal proceedings of the Supreme Court on the cases submitted to the Court upon enactment of the foregoing Law, and the pending ones after the liquidation of the military collegium of the Supreme Court and establishment of the Higher Specialized Court of Ukraine on Civil and Criminal Cases.
