The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy recommends the Verkhovna Rada to adopt the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Association of Co-Owners of Multi-Storey Building

The bill (Reg. No. 8474) amends the Land Code, the Civil Code and the Laws "On Association of Co-Owners of Multi-Storey Building" and "On Public Utility Services" to improve the procedure of establishment and activity of the association of co-owners of multi-storey building. The bill harmonizes terminology of the Law "On Association of Co-Owners of Multi-Storey Building" with civil laws. Thus, the term "general and indivisible property" is substituted with "common property"; the term "residential complex" with "multi-storey building"; the term "property holding" with "building management."
