The Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (regarding Fire Safety)

The bill (Reg. No.7268) strengthens administrative and criminal responsibility for the infringements on the legislative requirements concerning fire safety, and obliges the legal entities, irrespective of the ownership form, which possess at least one potentially lethal explosive container to set up subdivisions of the state or departmental, or volunteer fire safety service.

 

The bill also harmonizes several provisions of the Law "On Fire Safety" with the effective legislation.
