The bill (Reg. No. 8356), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, regulates conversion of the municipal unitary enterprises dealing with central water and heat supply and water disposal into economic companies. The bill establishes the procedure and the conditions of conversion of the municipal unitary enterprises dealing with central water and heat supply and water disposal into economic companies; fixes the possible organizational-legal forms of conversion of municipal enterprises; sets the terms and conditions of using the municipal property not subject to privatization, which was used by the municipal enterprise converted into an economic company.
The bill protects the interests of the territorial community further to such conversion.
