The legislative act amends the Laws "On Banks and Banking", "On Moratorium on the Forced Sale of Property", and "On Action for Sustainable Operation of the Fuel and Energy Enterprises" to prevent building-up of arrears in the payment of insurance fees in the system of compulsory state social insurance, and to increase the budget revenue of the funds of compulsory state social insurance.
