The bill (Reg. No. 8246-2) corrects deficiencies in the Law "On the High Council of Justice" concerning claims of the High Council of Justice for the copies of court cases.   

 

The bill also amends part one of clause 40 of the Law "On the High Council of Justice" and part one of clause 188-32 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements to establish administrative responsibility for non-observance of legitimate claims of the High Council of Justice for information.
