Ad Hoc Supervisory Panel of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Privatization took into Account the Report on the Activity of the State Property Fund of Ukraine and Implementation of the State Privatization Program in 2010

To offer legislative support of privatization in line with the current economic situation, the Fund has drafted and submitted to the Government the bills on the State Privatization Program, on amendments to several Laws of Ukraine on privatization, and on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding privatization and land relations.

 

According to the Committee members, the revenue from the sale of objects of groups А, Д, Ж, Е in 2010 has considerably increased as compared to 2009 (2010 UAH 228,18 million, USD 36,36 million; 2009 UAH 166 million).

 

The actual value of dividends for the state share of property in 2010 exceeded the plan figure by two times: UAH 251,78 million was received compared to the planned UAH 111,4 million.

 

The People´s Deputies recommend the Fund to finalize compilation of the Single Register of State Property Objects.  

 

The Fund is recommended to take measures to enhance the methodology of forming the plan figures concerning State budget revenue from the dividends for the state share of property.

 

The People´s Deputies sent the resolution of the Panel to the Government, and commissioned the Head of the Panel to inform the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the process of privatization in 2010.
