Please, accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of the occupational holiday - Border Guard´s Day.
Establishment of a modern border service in our country was facilitated by Ukraine´s independence. Development of the State Border Service is closely connected with the development of Statehood. The State Border Service became a law-enforcement body complying with the modern international standards in the border security owing to the self-sacrificing, dedicated work and thorough attitude to the fulfillment of duties of the modern generation of Ukrainian border guards.
