Committee Chairman S. Kivalov stated that the bill (Reg. No.8393) guarantees recovery of expenses on legal assistance in civil and administrative cases to the party who won the legal process and is not a subject of the executive authorities at the expense of the other party or at the expense of the state.
Expenditures are recovered at the expense of the State Budget of Ukraine within the expenses envisaged for the State Judicial Administration to hold legal proceedings in the general and local administrative courts.
The People's Deputies upheld the proposal to guarantee compensation of expenses on legal assistance in the civil and administrative cases, having expressed a number of remarks to be considered while adjusting the bill for the second reading.
