The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On the List of Licensing Documents in the Economic Sector"

The Law ratifies the list of licensing documents in the economic sector.

 

Under the Law, "Business entities shall not be required to obtain the licensing documents, which are not obligatory under the Law, and are not included into the List ratified by this Law."

 

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 3224.
