The Law authorized the commission for granting the pensions for special services to Ukraine under the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol city state administrations to assign the pensions for special services to Ukraine to the mothers of five and more children who brought them up till the age of six, including the children adopted under the legally established procedure. The rate of this pension totals 35-40 per cent of the minimum level subsistence fixed for the individuals who lost their working capacity.
