The primary goal of the bill (Reg. No.8373) is to strengthen legal confidence and security of business turnover and renew open access to the Single State Register to arrange amiable conditions of its use in business turnover.
Provisions of the bill meet clauses 49-62 of the Agreement on Functioning of the European Union which ban restriction on the right to business activity and envisage the right to set up one´s own business and independent economic activity.
