The bill (Reg. No. 8450) regulates the order of license copy issue to the sole proprietors who carry on business in different places.
Under the bill, the license copy certified by the licensing body is issued to the licensee-legal entity for every branch or every separate subdivision, and to the sole proprietor for every separate place, where the licensee will carry on the type of business stated in the license. The license copy confirms the right of the licensee to conduct a respective type of business.
