The bill (Reg. No. 8391) authorizes the owners of residential and non-residential property in the house to independently select the method of house management, choose the providers of housing and public utility services, and settle other issues by introducing the mechanism of decision-making at the general meeting of the owners. The bill also defines the status of housing management providers, and their rights and obligations connected with housing management services.
