Please accept my sincere greetings on the occasion of your occupational holiday the Day of Geologist.
Your self-devoted daily work under the complicated natural and social-economic conditions is aimed at exploitation and tapping of new mineral resources to provide stable development of your state, make the life of our citizens more comfortable, and redirect the social perspectives of state development.
Specialists and researches in this sphere have managed to conduct operations, studying the territory of Ukraine. Ukraine occupies a worthy place by the vast range of mineral resources and reserve of strategic natural raw materials among the leading world countries. Achievements of Ukrainian geologists, survey engineers, land-surveyors and cartographers are well known far beyond the state borders, and are sought-after in the world.
Special significance of work of pioneers and prospectors of mineral wealth, its strategic importance are determined by a substantial contribution into the development of a mineral resources base for the sake of sustainable development of national economy, strengthening of industrial potential of the country.
I wish you success in the fulfillment of such a responsible, noble and vitally important social duty for the sake of wealth and well-being of Ukrainian nation and new geological achievements.
