The bill (Reg. No. 7530) regulates court fee administration; defines the concepts of a court fee, payers, and objects of court fee administration; sets the rates of fee, privileges for payment of court fee, the grounds for postponement of court fee or its payment in installments, reduction of its rate or exemption from it.
