The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed the Resolution "On setting up an Interim Inquiry Panel of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to investigate the Circumstances and Results of Activity of Livela Company and Affiliated Legal Bodies in the Ukrainian Oil Market"

The primary task of the Interim Inquiry Panel is to fully investigate the circumstances and results of activity of Livela company in the Ukrainian oil market; calculate the losses sustained by the state in the result of tax-free import of oil by Livela company; determine the persons guilty of violating applicable laws on business administration; prepare and submit the respective materials for the law-enforcement bodies to institute proceedings against the infringers.

 

People´s Deputy Roman Zvarych (Our Ukraine-People´s Self-Defense Faction) was appointed Head of the Interim Inquiry Panel, and People´s Deputy Oleksii Kunchenko (Party of Regions Faction) was appointed Deputy Head of the Panel.
