The following motion of the President of Ukraine was endorsed: "a contract on military service as a non-commissioned officer, a sergeant-major or an officer upon graduation is concluded between the citizen and the state represented by the authorized body of military administration of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military unit for the period fixed by paragraphs three and five of part two of clause 23 of this Law."
