The bill (Reg. No. 8294) arranges equal starting conditions for the initiation of enterprises by the economic entities.
The bill allows the founders of the legal entities (apart from the joint-stock companies) to create statutory funds in the amount and composition required for the initiation of enterprise.
The bill envisages installation of payment terminals in the state registration bodies to cut down on time spent for the payment of registration fee and other charges.
The bill shortens the period of state registration of a legal entity from three to two days.
The bill also simplifies the applicable requirements for the obligatory notarial registration of particular documents submitted for the state registration of termination of a legal entity or a sole proprietor.
