The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea

The bill (Reg. No.8191) defines the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea as a Government of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and supreme body in the system of the executive bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

 

The bill harmonizes the order of formation of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, setting the requirements to its members, and regulating appointment to the offices of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

 

Under the bill, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea  is a collegial body formed by the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for the term of its authorities and headed by the Head of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
