The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government supports the Bill on proclaiming the Natural Sites of Khmilnyk Town of Vinnytsia Region as the State Resort

The bill (Reg. No.8271) proclaims the natural sites of Khmilnyk town of Vinnytsia region as a state resort, and fixes the boundaries of the district and zones of sanitary control.

 

The Committee members resolved to suggest that the Committee on Family Matters, Youth Policy, Sport and Tourism should scrutinize this bill, considering the fact that district boundaries and zones of sanitary control of Khmilnyk town exceed the boundaries of the city and cover territories of Khmilnytskyi district of Vinnytsia region and Starosyniavskyi district of Khmelnytsk region. Thus, according to the Committee members, the content and the title of the bill should be changed.
