The Committee on Economic Policy recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill "On Amendments to the Economic Code of Ukraine" (re Restrictions on Business Activity)

To continue codification of the economic laws of Ukraine, the bill (Reg. No. 4651) transfers content of clause 4 "Restrictions on Business Activity" from the Law "On Business Activity" to the Economic Code, supplementing it with an eponymous clause 43-1.

 

Under the bill, activity connected with the turnover of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors is performed in line with the Law "On Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Precursors." Activity related to the guarding of particular state-run property of special importance, and activity connected with the holding of criminalistic examination, forensic tests, forensic psychiatric expert examination, as well as design, testing, manufacture and exploitation of launch rockets can be performed only by state-run enterprises and organizations.
