The bill (Reg. No8260) improves the provisions of the Law "On Alienation of Land Plots and other Objects of Immovable Property for the Social Needs and on the Grounds of Social Necessity."
The People's Deputies emphasized that the bill envisages strengthening of the ownership guarantees though inclusion into repurchasing price clause of documentation necessary to obtain a residential house (part of a house, residential premises) into ownership, granted instead of the alienated one and also expenses for the state registration of rights of property to this house; defining of the cost of a residential hose, other buildings that are alienated or are transferred into ownership instead of the alienated, according to the contract on the grounds of independent evaluation, held in accordance with the legislation.
