The Law states that public administrators in the licensing centers shall issue, re-register or cancel the licenses.
The Law simplifies the issue of licenses, improves relations between the public administrators, the economic entities and the licensing bodies concerning the issue of licenses, prevents official malfeasances in the local executive authority bodies, and enhances the quality of service of the economic entities in the licensing centers.
