During the Session Week of April 5-8, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted 16 Laws and 21 Resolutions

The Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Migration" was adopted adjusted for the motions of the President of Ukraine.

 

The following Laws were adopted in entirety:

 

1. "On Amendments to Clause 19 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Standardization and Certification" regarding Methodology of Calculating the Cost of Works connected with the Compulsory Certification of Production";

 

2. "On Amendments to Clause 19 of the Law "On Common Customs Tariff" (re Taxation of Imported Goods for Publishing);

 

3. "On Amendments to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On State Duty" (re Industrial-Financial Group);

 

4. "On Amendments to Item 3 of Chapter VI "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Budget Code of Ukraine" (re International Project "Cyclone-4");

 

5. "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on Mutual Protection of Classified Information";

 

6. "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of France on Mutual Assistance and Cooperation in Civil Protection";

 

7. "On Support of the Fiscal Measurement of Natural Gas";

 

8. "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine";

 

9. "On Amendments to the Law "On State Budget of Ukraine for 2011" (regarding State Budget Subventions to the Local Budgets for Settling Arrears in Differences between Heat Energy Tariffs);

 

10. "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for the Year 2011";

 

11. "On Amendments to the Law "On Licensing System in the Economic Sector";

 

12. "On Amendments to Several Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Cancellation of the Legal Body and Sole Proprietor State Registration Certificates";

 

13. "On the Fundamentals of Corruption Counteraction in Ukraine";

 

14. "On Amendments to several Laws of Ukraine regarding Governmental Support of Agricultural Development";

 

15. "On Amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine" (re Familiarization of Accused and Defender with Materials of Case);

 

16. "On Amendments to the Law "On Joint-Stock Companies" and other Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Renewal of the Title of an Open Joint-Stock Company).

 

The following resolutions were passed:

2. "On Celebration of the 140th Anniversary of Birth of Vasyl Stefanyk";

 

3."On Declaration of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On Cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union on Visa Regime";

 

4. "On Special Report of Ombudsperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On Observance of Children Rights in Ukraine";

 

5. "On Annual Report of the Ombudsperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine regarding Observance and Protection of Human Rights in Ukraine";

 

6. "On Recommendations of the Parliamentary Hearings "State of Pension Reform and Ways of Its Improvement";

 

7. "On Recommendations of the Parliamentary Hearings "Legislative Support and State of Observance of Child Rights in Ukraine";

 

8. "On Recommendations of the Parliamentary Hearings "Modern State and Topical Tasks to eliminate Consequences of the Chornobyl Disaster";

 

9. "On Withdrawal of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Protection of the Rights of Creditors and Consumers of Financial Services";

 

10. "On Withdrawal of certain Bills and other Acts";

 

11. "On Dismissal of Judges."

 

Several resolutions on early election of village and town mayors were passed.

 

131 Deputies inquiries were announced.

 

Several bills were adopted as a basis, recommitted, rejected and withdrawn.
