The bill (Reg. No. 7183), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, supplements Clause 121 of the Code of Laws on Labour of Ukraine with a provision whereby the employees sent on a business trip shall be paid for the work performed under the terms of a labour or collective contract, but not less then the average pay rate. The bill excluded the provision whereby the average rate of pay shall be guaranteed for the employees sent on a business trip during the period of a business trip.

Adjusting the bill to the second reading, the Committee received 10 motions from the subjects of legislative initiative. The motions were rejected. The Committee recommends the Parliament to adopt the bill in the version of the first reading.
