The Law supplements the applicable Law with a new clause 37-1 concerning scientific research in the field of protection and rational use of wildlife. This clause specifies the basic provisions of clause 37 that includes "organization of scientific research to substantiate actions on wildlife protection" into the fundamental provision of clause 37.
