The committee members stated that the purpose of the bill (Reg. No.8034) is to support administrative legal proceedings in terms of timely and high-standard case review to protect the rights, liberties or interests of individuals and legal entities in the sphere of public-legal relations from the violations on the part of subjects of power.
The amendments are introduced to clauses 20, 21, 22, 52, 69, 81, 87, 100, 102, 106, 107, 108, 109, 122, 183-2, 170, 182, 183, 186, 187, 193, 195-1, 197, 198, 212, 214-1, 220, 223, 227, 230, 252, and 254 of the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, which is also supplemented with new clauses 93-1 and 189-1.
The People's Deputies upheld the concept of the bill, having expressed several remarks to be considered during the adjustment.
The bill needs formal revision in line with the law-making techniques.
