The bill (Reg. No.7023) obliges the telecommunication services operators and providers that use their equipment for rendering telecommunication services to purchase and install the specialized equipment for the operation-investigatory measures under the order established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

 

The bill (Reg. No.7023-1, alternative) obliges the telecommunication services operators and providers that use their equipment to render telecommunication services to purchase and install specialized equipment for the operations-investigatory measures performed by the authorized bodies after the court decree and under the order established by law.

 

The Committee members upheld both bills, expressing several remarks to be considered during the adjustment of the bill.
