The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government is adjusting the Bill on Civil Service to the Second Reading

The Committee members have received 800 motions to the bill (Reg. No. 8306), 450 of which have already been scrutinized.

 

Under the bill, civil servants shall fulfill their obligations without partiality, regardless of party affiliation; are not allowed to organize strikes and take part in them; are not allowed to take actions that demonstrate their political views or special attitude to the particular political parties, while performing their duties.
