The bill (Reg. No. 7532) amends several legislative acts of Ukraine to simplify procedure of procurement by the enterprises, specify the grounds for applying the procurement procedure for one participant and introducing a new mechanism of applying the procurement procedure for one participant without a permit of the authorized body in charge of public procurement, etc.
