The bill on amendments to the Tax Code has been drafted in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, made this statement in the interview to Channel 5 on Sunday.
He stated that tax payers should study the document and express their motions.
V.Lytvyn deems necessary to reach not "a partial, local" decision, but the one to rectify the situation.
