According to the Committee members, "adoption of the bill will enable the legal entities of private law to perform their activity without using a stamp, which will cut down on the time and material expenses related to the acquisition of the permit from the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the manufacture of a stamp itself, as well as streamline the respective registration procedure."
