The bill (Reg. No. 7512) suggests revising the grounds (professional selection, conclusion of the subject panel in charge of establishment of farm enterprises, ample experience in agriculture, a required agricultural qualification) for the right for establishing a farm enterprise and obtaining a land plot for these purposes.
