The Committee on Legal Policy scrutinized a Number of Bills on Normative-Legal Acts

The Committee scrutinized the bill on normative-legal acts (Reg. No7409) aimed at regulation of public relations connected with drafting of normative-legal acts, their adoption, coming into effect, state registration and also at establishing system, types, hierarchy of normative-legal cats, implementation of single requirements to the normative rule-making means for all the subjects of rule-making

The suggested for the scrutiny bill partially covered a number of the President´s motions and also a number of remarks of the Central Scientific-Expert and Judicial Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate.

The Committee members also scrutinized an alternative bill (Reg. No74-09-1).

In the result of the discussion, the Committee resolved to recommend the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill Reg. No7409 as a basis (principal document). Though the Committee shall refine the above-mentioned bill and take into the consideration principles of alternative bill Reg. No7409-1, recommendations and remarks of the subjects of the legislative initiative in the course of the bill´s drafting for the second reading.
