The Committee on Foreign Affairs recommends the Parliament to ratify the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on Mutual Protection of Classified Information

Опис : C:\Documents and Settings\Имя\Рабочий стол\4.jpgThe Agreement defines the necessary terms, sets the equivalents of the classification marking used by the Parties, the procedure of their amendment or cancellation, exchange and treatment of classified information, settlement of disputed issues, and competent bodies responsible for implementation of the Agreement.   

 

Under the Agreement, the Parties are obliged to protect the obtained and commonly created classified information in line with the domestic law and this Agreement.  Classified information exchanged between the Parties shall be used only for the purposes preconditioned before the exchange.
