Volodymyr Lytvyn submitted the Law on the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the President of Ukraine to sign.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine informed that the Law "On Central Executive Authorities" shall be signed tomorrow, since "it is rather complicated and requires further consideration." "After lasting discussion in the Parliament, it shall undergo technical-judicial adjustment", declared the Head of the Parliament.

V. Lytvyn emphasized that the political coloring prevails in the comments on this document. "We shall read the Constitution of Ukraine and it will be obvious that the authority of the president of Ukraine that he used to have before 2006, are conditioned by these Laws. There is nothing new about these documents", believes the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada.

The Head of the Parliament reminded that the Constitution of 1996 strictly defines that the President appoints and dismisses ministers and deputy ministers on a petition of the Prime Minister. He suggested reading carefully the Constitution of Ukraine, if any doubts arise.

According to Volodymyr Lytvyn, there is nothing new about these Laws except some novelties such as the principles, whereby dismissal of ministers from their office entails dismissal of all their deputy ministers.

"Criticism of these Laws proves the ongoing political war in Ukraine and the fact that parties use all possible means to continue it", he admitted.
